I'm a dasher who showed up to pick up an order and they guy rudely told me doordash doesn't usually show up at this time so he... didn't make it. So now I have to wait at least 20 mins he said. This now causes my ratings to go down and my customer to beunhappy with me. Employees here should make the orders they recieve not pick and chose. The first time I ordered from this location it took an hour and 20 minutes for the pizza to arrive. Everything was ice cold. The... pizza bag door dash uses is paper thin and not as insulated as a real pizza bag. The manager Dan promised me it was the doordash delivery driver's fault and they would make it up to me with a free meal including the pizza and garlic knots. I decided toget that free meal tonight and the person on the phone told me the garlic knots were not included. Ok fine. I ordered themanyways and paid for it. The pizza again never arrived after waiting an hour. I finally checked my security cameras and I seethe pizza guy at the door and he just leaves. He doesn't leave the pizza but leaves with everything. I call the store and theysaid he pounded on the door and called me. Neither is true. I'm sitting in the livingroom the whole time by the front door andmy dog never even barked (he always barks when someone knocks). He also never called my phone. They said they could bring meanother pizza but it might be a long time because they have other orders ahead of me and may have to door dash it. Evidentlythis location does not have enough of their own drivers. I didn't want the whole door dash cold pizza experience again so I justcanceled the order. Read more
EASILY the best Papa John's in the Peoria area. Yes it's a chain restaurant, but each individual location can vary the quality... and service you get. The owners and managers at this location are fantastic. Service has always been great, pizza and sidesprepared just right. Be warned, even on busy days, this location will definitely have your pizza done at least on time if notearly! Make sure to be early to get your pipping hot Papa John's! Read more
Ordered a large pizza a couple of weeks ago and the pizza that was delivered was the size of a small. It clearly wasn't the... right size as all the extra space in the box was obvious. Crust was bubbly, ordered extra cheese and there was barely any onthere, it was just an awful pizza. I complained on the app since that's where I placed the order and I haven't gotten any typeof response. Won't be ordering from here. Read more
Okay, guys. Not sure if you hired a newbie that doesn?t know how to bake or what, but I?m throwing in the towel. This is the... second time I ordered well done, with Philly steak on top and got a gross, soggy, pie with maybe a tablespoon of meat. You?rebetter than this. At least, you used to be. This location should be a hard pass. A bad pizza once in a while I can understand. This is the third in two months. I was close... to a free pizza with my rewards, now I can get a free pizza and I don?t want it. Coverage of ingredients being under 50% ispathetic. I ordered a large The Works. One slice only had three bites with cheese on it along with one black olive. Managementwas contacted and they couldn?t care less. There are plenty of other options nearby, use them. Read more
