Washington Subway has the best order-taking process, hands down. They write down your order ALL at one time. Some Subways grab... your bread. Ask what kind of sandwich, leave, then come back and ask what cheese leave, then come back and ask about toasted (ifyou asked), leave then come back and get veggies, leave and come back to ask about dressings. Excellent customer service. I'm hard of hearing and the order was wrong when I went to check out. I'm sure it's my fault... entirely because of my bad hearing. My boyfriend and I ordered here for the first time today both of our sandwiches were cut all the way through so everything was... falling out. I think the mayo they had was bad. I didn't get any on mine like I had asked for but my boyfriend did. He had toleave work after eating this because he vomited. He said it tasted like mayo and eggs which made us think it was the sandwich asit was the only thing he'd eaten out of the ordinary. Reading all of the other reviews, it wouldn't surprise me. Please checkthe dates on your perishables and make sure your cooler tray isn't breaking down and causing your food to go bad. We'll keepordering from Morton from now on. Read more
They have very nice and friendly service and the food is great this subway doesn?t deserve a 3.3 stars. Could they hire some... better staff? Yes but they are friendly and you can?t say there slow when there in training or busy. My sister works there andshe very nice I don?t think she would give you attitude purposely unless you give her a crappy attitude yourself so if you wantto write a nasty review you can think about what you say before you write it because they have really good and nice service theydon?t give attitude unless you give them attitude because sometimes they aren?t treated like there human because you give themattitude and sometimes people have off days or there annoyed by there coworkers so again this subway is very friendly and a niceplace to eat.
