This used to be the best Arby's around. But since the manager relocated to another location, this one has severely went down... hill. The employees no longer care about their job. They are rude and prefer to gossip to and yell at each other. The diningarea is a disgrace. It is littered with food waste and various liquids. Food good, employees friendly but the lobby had alot of dirty tables.
Arbys is probably one of the best service for fast food in town. Workers always seem polite and friendly. And foods always... great. But I wish they'd bring back the loaded potato bites,mmmmmmmm. I miss them! Read more
My husband and I pulled into the drive thru to order. As we pulled up, there were 5 vehicles ahead of us. We waited for about... 4 or 5 mins till the line moved, ONE CAR.. We waited for over 15 to 20 minutes and there was no movement to speak of, I noticedthe sign, stating that the speaker was broken, so you would have to order arbthe window.. so I went ahead and left the line anddecided to drive around, park, and go inside to order. As I drove around the store to park on the other side, I passed 2employees, standing out in front of the store smoking.(very unprofessional and last I knew, not okay per Arby's policy. Iparked, went in and there was NO ONE at the front regster. The manager and some other employee was in the back and there was agirl on drive thru. I stood there for a min and the girl on drive thru, walked across the front, looked at me and did NOT evenacknowledge me AT ALL!!!! I stood there for another couple minutes and NOT ONE of these people came to take my order.. . So, Ihollered, EXCUSE ME.. IS THERE ANYONE WORKING THE FRONT OF THE STORE?!?!?! With that, the drive thru girl leaned over andlooks completely dumbfounded and said.. whaaaat? I repeated myself, and she says... huuuuh??? I lost it. I let them knowthat this customer service was bullsh-t!! Nearly 30 minutes waiting to get NOTHING!! Not only was service slow andnon-existent.. the cleanliness of the store was AWFUL!!! So gross!! I used to manage an Arby's and I will say.. this is theworst one I have ever been to. No customer service, no self pride in your work ethic, no idea what cleaning is, no sense ofurgency at all!! It is NEVER okay to allow employees to go on a smoke break with the drive thru backed up like that was??? Also, employees are NOT to be in visual view of customers while smoking. The classic roast beef sandwich had very little meat and it was cold as well as the bun. The crinkle fries were also cold.
Stopped in on our way to Harmonie State Park. The establishment was clean. Service was fast. Staff friendly. They offer free... WiFi, which was nice to download a couple books to our Kindle for some book reading on our trip. Would recommend. Read more

Went with a coupon for a family pack. Thought it was a deal and money's tight. They hooked us up and they knew we had kids and... gave us a whole bag of condiments. The people were super nice and very very helpful they all deserve raises without question. Ilove this arbys! Read more
