This is the second time I ordered from them spent about 80$. A little disappointed this time. I ordered pineapple and ham pizza... light sauce and didn't really get toppings but got plenty of sauce. They called before they brought the pizza to tell me that myaddress didn't exist. The went on to tell me that's not were I live even after telling him my address and the front of house ison Google maps. He still stated I was wrong and said he will have the driver call me when they get on main St. Overalldisappointed in this order could've been a lot better from the food to basic common sense. Washington, Indiana is notorious for its terrible chain restaurants. This Papa John?s is not different. The pizza is rarely cut... evenly or all the way through. The dough has been raw on occasions, and there is hardly any toppings. Staff is rude. Prices arebad. Go to Dominos. Read more

Everytime i order from here something is incorrect with my order. When i called about my order the phone girl was passive... aggressive towards me. I was not loud or rude to her in any way. Apparently she thought she should be loud,condescending andpassive aggressive towards me.They are super fast But quality and order accuracy and manners are lacking at this location. Iwon't be ordering again. Im tired of being disappointed after spending quite a bit and tipping well. I'll order somewhere else.Hopefully the franchise cares , the staff certainly does not. Update I found out the same girl who treated me so poorly ,Who'sname is Kelly also is the driver that night who received a generous 16$ tip from me. I ordered delivery. I watched the make it cook it and prepare. It started I stayed on prepare over 30 minutes. Out for delivery... even longer so I called and demanded my money back. I'll order elsewhere. Driver missed a good tip as well for taking so long. Ididn't get pizza because I like knowing it's hot. No way over an he from cooking to saying out for delivery would produce me afresh and hot pizza. Good luck Washington Indiana. I won't order from Papa John's again Read more
Very fast delivery times. Cool crew like preppy burnouts did she order right. The only downfall is you got to know when you call... them it will forward your calls to India unless you press to check the status of your current order. Read more
Disappointed they didn't think they were getting a tip so it took over an hour to get my pizza it was burnt and chewing. Next... time I will leave 2$ tip and keep the 10$ cash. Read more
