Up until today, I liked this Subway. Today, I went there for a salad for my 90 year old mother. I'm a steak guy. The girl... working there made my salad, then asked if I wanted dressing. I asked for SouthWest sauce in a side cup. She instead poured iton the salad and I said Whow (All I said, not a word more SERIOUSLY). She yelled at me, saying if your going to treat me likethat I'm not serving you, then threw the salad out and moved on to next customer trying to embarrass me in front of customers.Nice try. Here is my TRUE COMMENT to her and the rest of the world of fast-food employees. GROW UP! THIS IS REALITY! You have todeal with customers. If you cannot handle that, then get educated and get a CAREER. My meaningless situation is NOTHING,compared to REAL angry customers you will deal with working at ANY fast food restaurant. Keanna was very unprofessional and very disrespectful Sunday night when I came in from a 4 hour drive to get 3 sandwiches for my... family. Her whole derogatory to me the entire time was short and negative and had zero interest of making my sandwiches asanother employee off the clock gets up from a table and starts making herself a sandwhich with no mask on and working all aroundmy food. Ordered food from here. Ordered a Steak and Cheese wrap. Meat was stone cold! Never even warmed up. I wanted guacamole and got... none even though I paid extra for it. So today my husband and I came in and got food. Normally service is amazing. The artist that helped us Keanu was amazing and... very nice. The manager Amy was extremely unprofessional. Keanu got $20 bucks from a customer for personal reasons and Amy yelledat her telling her it's my business your giving me half even though it had nothing to do with the service or anything and Amydidn't even help. She than continued to shame Keanu saying how hard her life was and just treating her horribly until shestarted crying. I have been in here at least twice a week and every time Amy is yelling and cussing at her staff. Read more
