5 out of 5 for a Wendy?s. Normally a fast food joint does not get a great rating. Normally they are OK or worse for a... restaurant. This one however needs a special call out. I pulled in just after they were done dealing with a coach full ofcollege kids and yet the bathrooms were clean, seating was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I went in the drive thru. The line was long and service slow. Despite them being packed, my fries were still cold! I don't... understand how you can have a flow of customers and still have cold fries sitting around???? I come here often, because it'snear my work, and have NEVER gotten hot fries. So this isn't a one off event. Read more
Getting in and out of the parking lot is not easy. The soda machine had no ice and only 1/3 the selection. Helf the tables... were dirty. Staff was helpful. Read more
Young girl big built standing at the register when we walked in we wasn't acknowledged we walked up to the register still not... acknowledged and I finally said l will take and the husband placed his order. Still the expression on her face it was like I'mdoing you a favor waiting on you. We were the only ones in the front of the house. After we left the counter. She went back toleaning against the wall beside register. Then she finally came out front got her a drink. And went back. She could have wipedoff some tables and pushed in the chairs while she was out there. But she didn't look to see if anything needed done. And wentback to leaning against the wall. It was in the afternoon when we were in there. Only thing good was the food. We won't be goingback there. Read more
Went here to get fries. When I left,due to no one answering the machine,there was a red car behind me. I went to McDonald's down... the highway and got my food within 3 minutes. I drove back past this wendys and the same red car was in the same spot. Don't gohere,it's never going to be what it used to be. Read more

Poor service, poor product. Fries cold, limp and greasy. When I took them to the counter, the lady said they were fresh...... Replaced with more of the same. :( Only one standout employee. "Briar" was on his nametag. Lack luster crew and a lack of pridein cleanliness. Read more
Revised on 11/01/2022(I would really like to leave no stars all the way accross and I haven't been back its been over 3 mo. I'm... still not going back and I have brought the issues up with several friends of mine they don't go back for there own reasons) Ialways have to wait to place a order it's like they can only take one order at a time sometimes it's been 10 minutes before andit's never fast food service went and purchase a 5 dollar biggie bag and a medium strawberry frosty for 2.38. I get to thewindow and they hand me a small frosty but I paid for a medium 2.38 I said that's not a medium and they told me that's the newmedium so that means the once called Jr frosty is now the new small so i looked at them and said I won't be back I had a friendin a low blood sugar and they are very very slow I got to my friends house which is accross the street and the ???? were cold myfrosty wasn't even froze it was runny no spoon or straw for the drink either very very dissatisfied and very poor service Read more
