It's been several weeks that no receipt is available at the pump. The pumps are lacking the squeege to clean the windows. The... water reservoir is usually empty or full of trash. Paper towels are lacking. Doesn't anyone check these? What a terribleexample to set for a business. Read more
The receipt printers never work when you pay at the pump which defeats the purpose of paying at the pump because then you have... to go inside and wait in a long line because the cashiers are incompetent. I complain each time and they don't care to fix theproblem. Read more
DON'T GET GAS HERE. The pumps are inaccurate, and most of the time, half of the pumps are broken. Fuel up at Hy-Vee. Seems to be... the best in Washington. When they fix the pumps I'd be happy to be back. Read more

Placed an order online at 10:30pm paid for it with my card and when I got the receipt it said it wouldn't be ready till 1:30am... in the morning. I thought I messed something up because there's no way a pizza should take 3 hours so I called them to get itfixed they proceeded to tell me they can't make pizza right now because they are making donuts.... At 10 at night???? so now Iknow there donuts aren't fresh either. The lady that was on the phone was quite nice but I could hear the kitchen worker in thebackground and they were rude saying I could just wait didn't realize it took 3 hours to make donuts in a pizza oven. I toldthem I didn't want to wait till 1:30 in the morning because I'd be asleep by then and they just said ok... I said ok can Icancel my order and get a refund I could hear the kitchen worker making rude comments in the background about me because Ididn't want to wait for a pizza that I ordered at 10:30 at night that I wasn't going to receive till almost 2 in the morning.I'll stick to the other Casey's in town at least they know how to treat there customers. Their diesel fuel island (if working) never has window cleaning solution in the buckets and if it does it smells like death.... I've seen it last as long as a week in that condition. Should be on a check list before someone's shift is over. Read more
Have tried getting gas here 4 times in the last couple weeks. Pay at the pump will not work and cancles the transaction after... waiting 3 or 4 minutes on multiple pumps. Left without buying gas each time. Read more
