The best service I've ever had,came in late and they went out of their way to take care of us!
The food was good & the restaurant & bathroom were clean. An overall good experience. You're not going to get a fancy meal at... Pizza Ranch, but you'll get a good one. We joke about how the chicken is better than the pizza at Pizza Ranch, and it was trueon this visit too. Not that there's anything wrong with the pizza! But the chicken is really good! All of the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly.
When we got there at 5:30 there was barely any pizza on the buffet. Very low amount of chicken. White ranch dressing running all... the way down the side of the salad bar and the floor was sticky by the beverage bar. I see a lot of room for improvement. Ordered pizza online with an expected pick up for 20 minutes. We go to pick it up and are told it would be 3 minutes before it... was done. So we wait. Then they come tell us 4 minutes and would we please pull up. Then will bring it out to us. We wait almost10 minutes. We back up to the drive up window and they say 1 minute more. We end up in the drive up and wait 1 hour. We are longpast livid so we refuse to leave the drive up window until we have our pizza. There are two cars behind us. One lady says noproblem ladies, I?ve had it happen to me before. I get out of car and go inside and I?m told 2 pizzas are ahead of us so theyare waiting on that. We end up waiting 1 hour 10 minutes. During this entire time, not one employee was HONEST and told us thereal reason for the delay ! Honestly goes a long way and it?s a simple thing to do. By the time we got our pizzas, 2 were warm,1 was cold. They offered to remake the 1 but didn?t think they needed to remake all 3 as by the time they remade the one, theother 2 would be cold. We took our pizza and left. The pizza was ok, the service was the worse I?ve ever experienced and we willnot go back. While waiting for the pizza we observed many health violations which is another reason we won?t be returning !! Itall could have been fixed with being honest in the first place. Read more
The manager is rude and lacks any kind of customer service. Food is undercooked or burnt no in between. If you eat here you... definitely don?t have any taste buds. Read more
