It was alright. Service was quite slow and inattentive, but I'm going to attribute that to short staff. Our group had some... inconsistencies with food; one person's wings had almost no sauce, and another person's wings were drenched in sauce. One of theappetizers came frozen on the inside, telling me they just put food in a microwave. But for microwaved food, it was pretty good.I just didn't have the heart to tell the clearly overworked waitress. The food was too reliant on salt and an abundance ofsauce, but the food itself was fine. Waitress was a giant B word. Gave us wrong food first. Then it came out with some nasty sauce on my chicken that had spilled... from something else. My wife and I were put of drinks for over 20 mins as she kept walking by. Everything we asked for was ahassle to her. Never even said sorry about the food. Not impressed. Read more

Our waitress was the best lol she held our party down with ease! We came in with a party of 12 or so & it wasn't any problem,... wish I would've gotten her name. She's very quirky yet attentive and relatable. They have a jukebox here that allowed me todownload an app to control the music for the night. 100/10 Read more
Have been going to this BWW for a long time and the quality is usually a rollercoaster. However, the food was delicious and came... quickly. The negative this time was the service. While Julia was quick to get what we asked for when she would stop long enoughfor us to get a word out, she refused to acknowledge us most of the time and stared at us with a frown. She wasn’t willing toseparate the check which has never been an issue here before. I’ve never felt less welcome by a waitstaff member before. Wewill certainly be going back but hope to avoid Julia going forward! Read more
The food is good but the service is often poor. Some waiters are very attentive, but if you get seated in an area with an... absentee waiter, you’re in for a long wait while others around you (who came in after you) are getting amply served. Also,some of the hostesses don’t smile and seem clueless. Sorry to say, it’s a poorly run restaurant. Huge contrast with the BWWon Mound and M59. You’ll be warmly greeted immediately and waited on quickly by a friendly and efficient waiter. Read more
They seem to mess up my order every time. It is as if the find creative ways to go out of their way to mess my order up every... time. Their signature move is to tell you your carry out will be done at a certain time, then finish it 30 minutes early and letit sit under a warmer without notifying you it was done early. Or they simply give you the wrong sauce.. I highly recommendagainst tipping when you pay through the app, I have been burned 100% of the time when I tipped through the app. That leaves youto fear they will not make your food in a timely manner, or may sabotage your meal of they do not see you have pre-tipped.Another sihn of the times :( Read more
