I moved out of the Twp a couple months after they opened and loved the food instantly. Ever since then, it is always one of the... two restaurants I go to when visiting the area. The pasta tastes amazing. The Halfmoon entree is my favorite and I love therolls that come with each serving. The owner is lovely and you can tell he's very passionate about what he does. I was excited to try this restaurant as it has been on my list of places to try for over a year . So my first time going was in... October (2022). They didn?t have what I wanted on the menu but we got there kind of late close to closing time so I wasunderstanding to why only baked pastas was available and didn?t make a big deal out of it. So we go back a couple weeks laterand I am hoping I can get want I want this time (Paparadelle or Sunflower), however they still only had a limited menu with justthe baked pasta. They say the pasta cooker is broken. The baked pastas are good but I don?t like red sauces and and wouldprefer a butter sauce like the butter sage sauce in sunflower or the mushroom sauce in paparadelle.
