Hair in food so disgusting. Do not eat here I promise it?s a repetitive failure. Sad to say this place always lets us down
Food was good. However it?s annoying that no one will acknowledge your presence when you walk in and just standing there for... solid five minutes without even a hello. And while standing there I also noticed not a single person was wearing sanitationgloves while touching and making all the food! We frequent this location and it seems like management has changed. Ate there again today and the guy that's been there the... last two times at lunch makes the best pizza we've ever had from Howie's! Read more
Honestly I hate writing bad reviews, but it?s happened twice. I?ve ordered a couple pizzas 2 times and every time it never... fails to get myself nor my husband sick. The lady who took my order was very friendly and professional. She repeated my order twice to make sure it was correct. Got... there she remembered me over phone. She was very pleasant. Pizza was good. The thin crust veggie pizza was perfectly cookedand the veggies were very fresh. Will order from this location again. One of my favorite locations in the area. Read more
I?ve been here 2 or 3 dozen times. The food is good, but there is something lacking in the service. It?s hard to put my finger... on it, but whether it?s the inconsistency of the payment process (with online ordering), their inability to keep specific drinksstocked in their cooler, or even their indifference to repeat customers, I think I will be going elsewhere. If you are lookingfor a nearby pizza place for an occasional visit, this place might work for you. However, if you want a go-to place, drive amile or two further and get the store in downtown Rochester. My experience there has been much better so far. Read more
