Absolutely ridiculous new automated ordering system via phone, and their online system ordering is always ?not accepting... orders?. This deterred us from ordering tonight and we will not order from here again until you have an actual person answeringthe phone, instead of an automated system that cannot get it right. Read more

Don?t know what happened here,possibly good members of the crew left. Pizza hasn?t been as I ordered! And the price WOW!!!!... 16.00 for a large round with one topping. Do not order the Deli Boats!!!!! Ours literally came with one slice of ham split between two halves. The pizza was fine. Just... kind of upset since I had to wait an extra 10 mins in the lobby because the workers ?forgot? to cook the deli boat. Just adisappointment. Read more
I have stopped ordering from this Jets because they cannot handle getting orders right. 5 out of my 6 last orders were... completely missing flavored crusts. Pizza is somehow always overcooked yet on the soggy side. When you're charging top dollarfor a pizza, I expect top service, not bottom of the barrel. I get better pizzas from Little Ceasers. I now go to Jets at 26mile and romeo plank as I never have problems ordering from there. Read more
Usually have good luck but last two times i have found foreign objects in my pizza. My daughter bit into a piece of plastic and... last night my husband found a giant bone in our deep dish! What gives? It was a pepperoni pizza, not sure how a bone gets inthere. They did give us a $13 credit on our $50 order... wow... chew carefully. Read more
