Do not fall for JJ App trap. Also, poor customer service at the Washington Twp. MI location. Similar excuse - limitted help due... to covid. Do NOT enroll in App. Very misleading. Will be unloading today. Good news for McDonnalds and Burger King. JJ value notthat great for what you get. Still getting e-mail junk from these guys. Stay away!!! Read more
Not bad but VERY overpriced for sandwiches.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! For one thing, they forgot my favorite topping, lettuce, on my sandwich. It was the bootlegger club.... Second of all, two workers threw greasy capicola on my brand new vehicle and left a terrible mark. However, this kind manager bythe name of Collin Nicevski had me pull over for him to clean it. Sign on speaker says out of capicola and subbing salami. I want the #5 which comes with capicola and salami. I ask if I can sub... ham instead of just getting a salami sandwich. They said no I must pay extra. Lol! I left. Read more
Subs were good. They forgot an add-on, paid, item on one the subs. When I called to refund the cost for the add-on the manager... requested limited information (nothing overtly identifying) and informed me to call ahead for a replacement sandwich (which iscool). We will call next week for the free sub and see what happenstance, I don?t have much confidence that they will rememberthe circumstances. Staff that came out to our car to bring our food out was nice and friendly. Read more
Ordered from there once. That was enough. Another few yards and they would have been at our front door. Never again.
