The manager Bob told me that I basically was lying that I ordered a pizza and I went to go pick it up and they only gave me hot... and ready because she said there was new people and they never wrote down that they were gonna give me the original pizza Iordered no problem I called and explained he was so rude to me he told me to calm down call me a liar ask me exact time and do Ihave the empty pizza box because I got the wrong pizza he would not listen to me all he kept tell me was a calm down in all Iwas trying to do was explain myself I will never ever go back to this again it is all about how people treat you all I was doingwas asking for the pizza I paid for in the end up giving me a hot ready because they never put my order in but I BC was called aliar and I don?t appreciate it Read more
This location makes great pizza. Great boss, great employees, great service. I ordered a hot and ready, and it was in fact, HOT... and ready, which pleased me. The slices were very EXTREMELY evenly cut. The spooky Halloween decorations look great and veryprofessional. Go here other than any little CEASARS. Read more
Too bad I can't leave zero stars. Worst Little Caesars around. The person who serve me had the dirtiest apron on. Looked like it... hasn't been washed in a month. The floors were dirty. The whole place was filthy. The Pizza was made with everything just tossedin the middle. Stay away. Drive a little to a different store. Read more
This place consistently gets it wrong. When I order a custom pizza my simple two toppings is consistently made with the wrong... stuff. The Hot and Ready usually isn't ready for anything but the trash. They take a really long time if you order compared toother stores like Rochester. It looks dirty in the lobby. They apparently don't do refunds when they make your food wrong too.And I normally wouldn't care but I will also point out their hand sanitizer in the lobby is 8 months expired at the time of thisreview. Hot and ready is horrible. I will drive to 24 and hays to get pizza from little Caesar?s. 26 mile is really bad.
This location is so unprofessional. Two employees were kissing instead of helping me as a customer after they told me they... forgot to do my online order that I went back to check on like 5 times. The employees at this location lack supervision and it?sabsolutely ridiculous having to deal with unprofessional workers who kiss and do other inappropriate things on the clock. Icannot believe I had to go through that. Aside from that, they were rude and disrespectful and told me to go away after askingfor my order. In addition, they kept going back and forth to the subway next doors giving them free food because they?reapparently friends with the people that work there. THIS PLACE NEEDS SUPERVISION. Ordered bread and pizza, watched the girl in back grab bread bread handed and put in bag. Lady before me ordered 8 pizzas and... came early to pick up and they were ready and cold and sliced like a 5 yr old did it. Counter helper would offer nothing but hercold pizza. This place has gone way down hill. Every time we order something is messed up or the owner has his 12 yr old runningstuff. Smh Read more
This Little Caesars is poorly run. I ordered a Cheese hot N Ready and Cheese Deep Dish, both with light sauce. They put... Pepperoni and Mushrooms on both the pizzas, and I was very upset.
