Went today with my son at 4pm and they decided to close the dinning room. This is the third time I have gone and the employees... decided to close on their own. Waited another hour in the drive through line and food was cold and gross. Will never go back.This location is a joke Read more

Worst F-Ing McDonalds in Michigan. Slowest, most incompetent, least accommodating restaurant experience in existence. Waited a... half hour for a mobile order. Doors locked, phone number doesn?t work and staff couldn?t care less about a starving 7 year oldwho?s been waiting for his food for over a half hour when ordered timely. Do not go here. Read more
Personally like burger king over McDonald's when it comes to picking fast food and whose better. This time, the french fries... were freshly made and tasted decent not caked with extreme salt. Read more

Not as bad as the 23 mile and Vandyke location but still has issues. Mainly missing ordered items far to often but other... problems to. Also this isn't specific to one location but what happened to McDonalds french fries? Little tidbits of potatoes. Really their hamburgers were never that great and their only redeeming quality was their fries. Between horrible service(atmany locations) and what they call fries nowadays there's really not too many reasons to eat at McD's. Read more
It took me 1 hour in drive threw just to get my food, and my food was cold. I highly recommend not going to this location.
So went there at 11:06 asked if they were serving lunch and they said yes. I asked for a McRib, and Medium Fries. Girl came back... and said sorry the McRib not ready yet? Asked how long and she said about 5 mins. Had a single lane open and going very slow. Isaid just give me Filet of Fish instead. It was 11:19 when I got to the pickup window. Got the order and left. The Filet of Fishwas fresh however, it had at best a half teaspoon of tarter sauce on it. The tarter sauce is what make the Filet of Fish great.Without it is a different sandwich.
