I don't know why I subject myself to this place as they cannot seem to get my order correct. Last time was the joy of getting... home five miles later only to open my sweet and sour chicken to find it was only chunks of battered chicken - no rice, novegetables, not even sweet and sour sauce. This time there was something in the bag but not at all what I ordered. I had askedfor Khao Pad Prik (Thai fried rice with pineapple, basil, peas, and carrots) and what I got was a container full of mushrooms,celery, and zucchini in a brown gravy - it's like they knew the exact three things I like least and tried to feed it to me. When I called to make sure they didn't give my order to someone else, they dug up my ticket and told me, "No, that's what youordered." As a side note: while I was there waiting for my order someone called in to say that when they got home they had nomeat in whatever they had ordered. This is a small place for dining in, so take out is the best option if your not into small spaces. The food is excellent. I... would go here more if it was closer to home. Great customer service, and I got my food really quick. Definitely hitting them upagain when I'm in the area. Read more
Best Chinese in the greater Rochester area! Tasty chow & uber friendly staff.
Worst experience ever. We ordered the pepper steak dinner there were 4 tiny pieces of beef and the rest was peppers and onion.... The dinner portion was barely enough for one person there was approximately half a cup of rice that was dried out and burnt eggrolls I have never seen a burnt egg roll where it was black on one side and to tough to bite into.The owner was patronizing andlaughed about it.It came to $29.00! If you don?t like spicy, don?t go there. My husband loves this place. Medium is his choice. The food does taste good but they... don?t listen to people who want little or No spice. 3 out of 4 times ordered, my food, ordered as No spice, ended up being likemy husband?s?Medium! I ordered sweet and sour chicken , but what I got was breaded chicken in a box with a side of sauce. Along with the order was a... quart of brown rice , what I got was white rice they added soy sauce to and threw in a few pieces of meat ? I questioned themand they told me they don?t have brown rice ?? I was charged for it hmm!,, Shrimp rolls had zero shrimp in them. Never again.Oh!!and lastly I offered to pay extra to add more vegetables to the sweet and sour chicken , got soggy stir fried veg instead , not like the few carrots they lay there chicken on with no sauce. Underrated place imo. Only got food here once but it was quick and the food was good for the price. Broccoli chicken was a bit... different from other places as they give you a variety of vegetables but they were all good and I appreciated their addition. Read more
Update; 11/13/22 they blew it today. Dry flavorless coconut shrimp all breading tiny shrimp. Wonton soup was not as good as it... normally is. Best Chinese food in the area. Love it. So glad we found it. Read more
