A very odd and unpleasant experience. The worker was quite rude and unhelpful. She did not seem to understand my questions, or... rather did not care to bother with them. I believe she rang me up incorrectly and did not know the size of the drink for thecombo meal. Wow. She could not wait to get back to her phone when we walked away. Eat fresh, but not here. Read more
I ordered a turkey bacon guac sandwich on the app and when I got my order home the wrapper was labeled correctly but the... sandwich only had chicken strips and bacon on it. The bacon was not cooked and bread tasted stale and I pulled all the chickenoff because I don?t like the chicken strips so probably will not return to this one. Read more
Called once no anwser, showed up and called again right outside the door, was told that she was not taking anymore orders, even... though they were still open for another hour and 15 minutes!! Only wanted 2 subs. Cleaning does not take over an hour! Takes 30minutes if you know how to do your job. Read more
I have been alive for 35 years and have never seen service this bad in my entire life. Walked in at 6pm last Saturday to one... employee who was extremely annoyed I was there and on her phone while I was standing there. I had a $2 off on my Subway rewardscard that she couldn't figure out how to give me. I got the sandwich of the day but didn't receive any pop or chips with myorder as well. The ingredients were not fresh and nearly out. I will never walk into this store again and the experience willkeep me from other Subways in the future ( although there are still a few that are good). The food is fine. There was ONE PERSON working the lunch rush so it took forever! Bad management!
