I arrived to the register with a bubbly attitude! The short cashier with glasses looked to be in discomfort of my arrival, I... asked the question she answered, I didn't hear the response and ask her to repeat it and I was responded to in an unfriendlyresponse and tone!! I then went to the laboratory when I came back to retrieve my food it was left on the counter, the backs ofthe workers were turned and no one said Thank you or your food is on the counter. It was only three workers and one customer me!I assume it was because I am of melanated skin tone amongst the Karen's! I will not be frequenting that location again! We?ve come here a a handful of times and 9/10 times something is wrong, so I?m finally writing a review. Today we ordered 2... smoothies and asked for it thick. Guess what wasn?t thick, anyway? We received the smoothies and said have a good day. As soonas we pulled forward we realized we didn?t receive our $4 change but had the receipt? Parked the car and headed to the door - itwas locked 12 mins before closing time. A lady was pulling up chairs and I knocked showing my receipt. She ignored me. We had topull around to the drive thru waiting for 3 more cars to get their food, wasting more of our time. When we pulled up - no hello,nothing. We said we didn?t receive our change and handed my receipt. Her name was Gabriella, she snickered with some of theother workers then reluctantly handed back $4. Very rude especially when it?s your fault. Could you not remember 4 carsprevious? Ridiculous. You can keep your watery smoothies. I will give 5 stars even though there was a mistake made, it was rectified the correct way. Thank you for not making me drive... back home to get the food. If there is a next time(I hope there isn't) I will bring the food back per policy to get theexchange. I can see how people would use that to get free food but that is not the case here. A simple case of forgotten salsamakes or breaks the entire quesadilla. Read more

I?ve had nothing but really good experiences at this new TSC. I wasn?t aware of this franchise and had never had their food... before but I?ve enjoyed it a lot since it opened. I do think the app needs a little work but that?s nothing to do with thepeople in the store. Read more

Great Location! Had a bad experience at other Tropical Smoothies. Decided to give it another try and was not disappointed!... Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread and paradise point were delicious. I'll be drinking that smoothie all day though, it's huge! Read more
