Super long wait in line, girl taking orders was not very friendly or helpful, waited at the window (after paying) for exactly 16... minutes on 2 burgers that ended up being cold, not even a "sorry for the wait" or anything. We come to this wendys very often and each time I am very pleased! Lucas and Ronny make our visits extra special by making sure... our food is of great quality and freshness! They know me and my children by name and it?s always a pleasant visit as soon as wesee them working. They are very bright and vibrant people, I can tell the work environment is very relaxed and on top ofeverything when they are in charge! Absolutely great managers!! First time going in a l o n g time. Nicely updated. The drink machine is in a little bit of an awkward place. The order... person was polite and took care of us quickly. Had the 4 for 4 deal. Very good deal. The food we got was not very hot. Read more

Times are tough I get that but they always seem to have plenty of people working, that being said i have received incorrect... orders 3 times in a row. I don't want to hold up cars behind me so I always assume the order is correct. This last time Iordered for 2 people so there was a lot of stuff. I ordered a combo meal....and they inexplicably forgot the fries. Last time mychicken nuggets weren't included. My patience is running thin. Read more
It was definitely hard earned money I will never get back. The employee's attitude was poor to say the least. I believe in... giving all workers the benefit of the doubt at first because you never know what's going on in their day, but the nicer I was,the ruder the employee was. Then I recieve my order which is supposed to be " the son of baconator" combo which is the size of awhite castle burger but 4x the price; even the other passengers in my vehicle were a bit shocked at the whole thing. If I didn'thave somewhere I had to be, I would have went back to the resturant, went in and given it back and got a refund. If I everreturn and have the same experience I certainly will. No establishment or worker should get away with this. Utter trash! Afterseeing so many poor reviews, maybe corporate needs to be called on this particular franchise. Read more
