This was a terrible experience and one that will keep me from going back to this location. Our ?server? sat us at our table,... took our drink orders, brought them and then straws when she asked if we wanted them. And, that was the last contact we had withher until we paid the bill. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order before I was finally able to ask the otherserver if someone could take our order. She asked ?she never took your order?? and rolled her eyes when we said no. We took thisto mean this wasn?t the first time it has happened. I will say our original ?server? wasn?t particularly busy with customers aswe didn?t see her checking on them or getting them refills. She just stayed behind the counter by where the food comes out. Asfar as the food, mine was ok but my wife got the chicken which a portion wasn?t cooked enough and her Mac and cheese was old andshe wasn?t able to eat it. The portions were very small. Some things are done well and some things not so much. The biscuits/bread are always great. Everything else is pretty hit or... miss. Sometimes the eggs are cooked how you order them, sometimes they're like a box of chocolates. Same for most of themeats. The sausage can be great for eating one time and great for hockey the next time. Overall ok. Read more
I've always got good service here. But not this time. They mixed our eggs up, you had to ask for steak sauce ,a sharp knife to... cut steak, no jelly for toast . 1 little container of creamer for an extra lg cup of coffee in a paper cup ?? Not happy ???? Read more
Ok food. Ok service. Seemed like they were understaffed maybe.
Long wait times for food and overpriced for flavor. Sausage patties were great but the pancakes we thin and gritty. Pancakes... were so disappointing to where i will most likely not fo back and continue going ro Dennys or huddle house. Coffee was good butthe waitress passed by a couple up times so we asked for more. She must have forgotten so we went up to the counter and askedsomeone else a few minutes later when we were already almost finished with our meals. Read more
We spent more time waiting on someone to serve us than eating the pancakes remind of frozen pancakes honestly i wouldn't feed... that food to my dog and i don't have a dog and they had more people behind the counter than serving customers. The guy thatserved us seemed extremely confused by a simple request. Never going there again. Read more
Four of us went for dinner. Seated promptly, and that's the last we saw of any waitress. No water, no menus, nothing. After 15... minutes, one of us went to where the waitresses had assembled to ask for menus etc. We're told "we're busy,be with you shortly". After waiting another five minutes with no attention, we left and went to a different place. Read more
Poor service. Party if 3 with no special needs took 1.5 hours from time of seating to paying. Not good. Short staffed ...I... realize way of the world right now.
