Always a fav dinner option for my BF and I! Great atmosphere, wasn't the most clean but I understand how it gets sometimes.... However, it took maybe 30 minutes for someone to clean off two of the tables after people had left. Didn't look the best! Andthe lady that took our order was short & snippy with her words and didn't greet us the nicest! NEVER had that happen before.Overall, we are still going to return! As someone who works in hospitality, I try to keep my hopes high for pleasantinteractions with customers. They're called greetings for a reason, even a simple "Hello, how are we doing today?" brightenssomeone's day! Read more

Dined in 2-10-2022. If you like One Direction (8 songs in a row) and Fazoli's presumptuously wanting a tip before service, this... place is for you! The employees we're having fun dancing in the kitchen area, so that was nice. The girl working the register,serving and bussing tables appeared to be the hardest worker so we left her a tip at the table. It was an interesting atmosphere????. Update: Why does this Fazoli's accept tips at the register when the CEO of the company states that tipping isn'taccepted? Read more
