The frozen yogurt was good but while waiting in line to pay I noticed the people in front of us were over charged. I'm not sure... of the details but after the man paying questioned the price the second time the cashier finally addressed it. Then my daughterand I were over charged. At the time I didn't know if toppings were extra so I didn't say anything but from this point on I willbe checking the exact prices when I go there. Read more

Yum! Yum! They don't weigh the froyo anymore, just pick your cup size and fill it up! Toppings are included in the price. ... Definitely going back! ***UPDATE: Owner contacted me promptly and worked to make things right. It is possible for them to refund...cashier just wasn?t... aware how. Definitely appreciate the effort to accommodate.*** We have been here several times and enjoyed it each time.However, our last visit was VERY disappointing. I had overpaid by one full yogurt (5.50 value). In other words, I paid for ayogurt I did not get. The cashier told me I could not get my money back.?!? I pressed this and she assured me their machinessimply could not give refunds. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager right then. She did offer me acard for a small yogurt (I had paid for the largest one because there was a special that afternoon). Maybe it is more theprinciple of the matter, but I cannot make myself believe that you cannot get a refund for something you should not have evenpurchased. It seems like EXTREMELY poor business practice to me. Then, if this is truly their policy on a regular basis, to givea lesser value coupon is far from satisfactory. I think others should be aware of this. I did ask her about contacting the ownerand she said she could, but she went to the back and never came back out.
