I wish I could give this restaurant a zero Stars. I paid almost $50 for orange chicken and rice because they were out of the six... other options that I ordered. She explained it would be at least 12 to 15 minutes per dish I was in a rush. I then paid for mydishes and was told that I would have another 15 minute wait on my egg roll now. If I was going to have to wait 15 minutes Ishould have been able to order everything I wanted. I asked for a refund and was refused by Adrian. She said she was in chargeand I would have to contact an 800 number that she gave me after making me wait, again. She then proceeded to go into the officeand hide leaving me there to stand on the line. I will never return to Panda Express, I would definitely NOT recommend this jokeof a restaurant. Read more

I showed up after my work shift from around the area and decided to get some food for dinner. I didn?t have a car at the moment... and the door had a sign that said the lobby was closed, I called the store to see if maybe I could just walk in the drivethrough and they just let me come inside and order my food. $60 meal?. Large spring rolls under cooked dough like instead of crisp, large Rangoon?. Not good? very dry, large orange chicken... was fine, 2 large chicken teriyaki was fatty low quality and almost tasteless. Upon reading recent reviews, it seams they havebeen without the property ingredients and charging for teriyaki packets. Sorry, for the bad review, but whenever you pay thatmuch for take out, you expect for it to taste good and not be wasted. Read more

I usually love restaurants like this; but the noodles and rice was so dry with little to no flavor. The orange chicken was... tacky. Honestly just good foods, with bad quality. Read more

First of all, my son and I share a carrot allergy. The girl behind the counter claimed the egg rolls only had cabbage, onion,... and pork. When pressed, she stated that she actually did not know. The food was mediocre. It was cold and had obviously beensitting out for a while. This is the first Panda Express I've ever been to that I actually walked away feeling unsatisfied. Read more

Walked in, they had 5 employees there. Almost EVERY food choice pan was EMPTY! So had a very slim choice of entrées. They were... out of straws, had to ask twice for sauces, they all stood around talking while there was no food! BUT.....FUNNY a manager camein, and all of a sudden they all put on gloves and started working, wiping things down, cooking egg rolls and the managerstarted cooking dishes. A little too late since we were already eating the dried out old food that was left. Doubt VERYseriously if we will ever go back. HORRIBLE FOOD-SERVICE-EXPERIANCE. Read more

I ordered food for 3 different addresses exactly as they wanted, but Panda Express chose to group same items together in the... to-go plates. I said I had to rearrange all the orders the way I ordered them, but they said that's their policy to put all thecommon items on one to-go plate, so now instead of placing an online order exactly as I want it, I have to go inside. I goinside to place an order for my favorite, "pepper chicken," and they don't serve it any more. They didn't have my 2nd favorite,"walnut shrimp" prepared, so I just don't go there any more. This piece of cabbage was in my daughter?s meal which was her lunch. It measures 3 1/2? x 2? . It took up a good portion of... the bowl. The manager, Matt said he is the one that scooped it up for us. It ruined her lunch and when I called for areplacement meal he only offered to give her some new noodles. We do not live around there and were just there shopping and shewas just visiting so why would she want to drive for half and hour for a bowl of noodles. He acted like I was lying about thecabbage size and I offered to send proof. It is bad business and they are rude. Read more
