I love bread co. This location is pretty good too. I have had good and bad days but really the only complaint is theyvrun out of... stuff. I am dairy free and they always accommodate my weird requests. I guess my only wish is they would come up with some yummyoptions for dairy free coffee and dessert but that is a silly dream. If there was an option for a -5 stars, this place would receive that rating. I have ordered 3 different times through the mobile... app and drive an hour to receive my breakfast. Every time I go to pick up my order they have run out of what I ordered andcannot refund me my money only store credit. I should of figured this out by the second time but got my hopes up because of howgood their breakfast is. I will never give them my business again. I like the fact the menu has calories on it. one of my most favorite menu items is the strawberry poppy seed salad. I went in... the other day and they didn't have strawberries. So I had to do a Caesar instead????My boyfriend is a big fan of the greengoddess I ordered that the other day too but they didn't have the egg to put on it ?????????. But this is a nice place. i went in there having placed an online order, it was just a bagel and a lemonade and it wasnt up. I waited almost ten minutes... to ask someone about it, she told me it should be up there i said it was not she just said okay and went into the back. She cameback out like five minutes later and looked at me then went back again. I was getting late for work so i just left withoutanything it was extremley frustrating. This panera location sucks, the service is non-existent and they essentially ignore youunless youve been standing around for a while. Read more
