I love bread co. This location is pretty good too. I have had good and bad days but really the only complaint is theyvrun out of... stuff. I am dairy free and they always accommodate my weird requests. I guess my only wish is they would come up with some yummyoptions for dairy free coffee and dessert but that is a silly dream. If there was an option for a -5 stars, this place would receive that rating. I have ordered 3 different times through the mobile... app and drive an hour to receive my breakfast. Every time I go to pick up my order they have run out of what I ordered andcannot refund me my money only store credit. I should of figured this out by the second time but got my hopes up because of howgood their breakfast is. I will never give them my business again. I like the fact the menu has calories on it. one of my most favorite menu items is the strawberry poppy seed salad. I went in... the other day and they didn't have strawberries. So I had to do a Caesar instead????My boyfriend is a big fan of the greengoddess I ordered that the other day too but they didn't have the egg to put on it ?????????. But this is a nice place. i went in there having placed an online order, it was just a bagel and a lemonade and it wasnt up. I waited almost ten minutes... to ask someone about it, she told me it should be up there i said it was not she just said okay and went into the back. She cameback out like five minutes later and looked at me then went back again. I was getting late for work so i just left withoutanything it was extremley frustrating. Two days in a row of expired product. I won?t waste money here again. I don?t want a refund or gift card, I wanted fresh... products. You?re lemonade was spoiled and had a fermented/alcohol taste. I drink it often and it was horrible yesterday. Themanager said they make it fresh daily and the window said it was not made fresh today. It would of been nice if the manager wasjust honest instead of deflecting my comment. You gave me cream for my coffee that was chunky and your strawberries in theoatmeal are moldy. I don?t get why its called cinnamon crunch topping when it just tastes like a spoonful of plain cinnamon. Iwill start going to Exit11 for fresh products because Panera has let me down lately. Delicious food and great service! Was looking for somewhere to eat after class and saw the sign and knew I needed to stop by!... The drive-thru was extremely quick and the woman at the window was extremely nice! The food was to die for also. Definitelyreccomend stopping here for a great lunch or dinner. 10/10! Read more
