I can see the reviews are not "good" on here, staffing has been short (not an excuse) we picked up a takeout order from here,... the order was not as expected. A quick phone call and the order was corrected. Read more

I have picked up pizza here before and it was fine. However I ordered pizza for delivery and after waiting 15 mins past time for... delivery I called and was told I had given them a non- working number( it was the number I was calling from). They said drivertried to call me , I said no check number on order and number I'm calling from. Girl admitted yes it is working number, I'm likeI have no missed calls and I've been here and seen no one. She's like well we can be there in 7 mins. Will not be ordering pizzahere again. Lousy service for only average pizza. Read more

Tried two different times, worst Papa John's Pizza I've ever had! It can be pretty hard to mess up a pizza unless you have... really really bad sauce but between the dough and the sauce I do not know what's going on even the pepperoncinis look like theysat in the bottom of a jar all smushed and mushy. Very disappointed Read more

We were attempting to feed 40 firefighters at a training meeting. I placed an order for 20 pizzas. They accepted the order.... They called back shortly and said it would take extra time due the large quantity of pizzas. When I arrived to pick up thepizzas they told me they canceled my order and are too busy to accept my order anymore. Now we have 40 hungry firefighters withnothing to eat! Unbelievable. Read more

Have tried numerous times to order pizza after 7 pm and the online service is turned off by the owner. Just sat on hold for 20... minutes only to be told that they aren?t taking anymore orders. It?s only 7:17 pm on a Thursday. This owner needs to sell tosomeone who knows how to run a business. I DO NOT recommend this store. Horribly disappointed. Read more

This Papa John's location has gone down hill. Last time I ordered the pizza taste was off. My wife had to spit hers out. Very... disappointed. Order from Saucy's Pizza instead. Located Highway A in Krakow. Odds are if you are looking for pizza in or nearWashington then they deliver to you! Read more

This is the first time I had ever purchased from this Papa John's and it will definitely be the last. I was passing through the... area and noticed a Papa John's so I figured I'd order pizza. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever ordered. When I gothome and took a slice out of the box, the majority of my toppings fell right off. Upon further inspection, there was almost nocheese on this pizza. A couple slices had an acceptable amount but the rest of the pizza had just a couple pieces of cheese perslice. All I had in my fridge was cheddar so I sprinkled it on and melted it. When I bit into the pizza, the dough was stillraw. The very bottom of the pizza was cooked but not very much. Every bit of dough underneath the toppings, all the way to theedge, was still raw. I had purchased one thin crust and one original crust and apparently, they only cooked them until the thincrust pizza was almost done. Even the thin crust had a little bit of uncooked dough on it. These pizzas were absolutely notworth the price that I pay for a Papa John's pizza. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. That was my mistakebut with the reviews this place has, I'm surprised they're still in business. I could have went elsewhere, spent half the moneyI did, and gotten a better pizza. Read more

I normally have a good experience here, as well as good pizza. However, I recently ordered a couple of "New York Style" pizzas... b/c they just looked good in the commercials and I figured I'd give them a try. When I got home and opened the boxes, I saw whatamounted to two, basic Large pizzas. Nothing special about them, unless you think having a couple pieces without a crust isspecial (see pic's) If you feel ordering a supposed larger "New York Style" should actually give you a larger pizza than normal, then I would pass. The pepperoni is the most blatant of all and you can easily see that it doesn't come close to filling outthe box. Naturally, I wouldn't advise ordering the New York Style from them and I'll likely be looking elsewhere for my pizzafix for at least the short-term. I did review the order through their corporate review but have received no feedback since. Ipaid $3-$4 extra per pizza for the "New York Style" vs a normal large so I feel like I'm out money I shouldn't have been. Read more
