The owner needs to be contacted... immediately at the state of things at these locations, though I couldn't find out who the owner is. The district manager Lucyneeds to be fired. Very poor judgement, poor leadership, poor decision making, impulsive, poor conflict resolution, poorcommunication, no real care into what she does. Wants to put in the minimal effort and move on even if that means at the expenseof others.
