It's alright, not great. Multiple times I've done online orders and gotten the wrong bread or had topping missing. On average... $10 for a sandwich is excessive for the quality of ingredients. Read more

I came in and ordered five footlongs during the lunch rush at 1 pm on April 16th and your employees did a fantastic job of... making sure they got my very complicated order correct. They were swamped, working fast, and they were still extremely friendlyand attentive. I hope these folks are paid what they're worth! Read more
Just terrible. I ordered a meal to be delivered and it never was delivered. But tracking says it was delivered. Nobody wants to... pick up the phone the whole time. So I have to drive up there after work to figure it out in person. Worst decision Subway coulddo is have DoorDash deliver their food. Read more
The Union and Washington branches have SERIOUS ISSUES. Management is an absolute joke. The owner needs to be contacted... immediately at the state of things at these locations, though I couldn't find out who the owner is. The district manager Lucyneeds to be fired. Very poor judgement, poor leadership, poor decision making, impulsive, poor conflict resolution, poorcommunication, no real care into what she does. Wants to put in the minimal effort and move on even if that means at the expenseof others.
