This is a very nice neighborhood Taco Bell. The food was very good & the employees were very friendly. They assisted my uncle in... ordering from the kiosk and getting his senior discount. Also they had neglected to add the jalapeno peppers to my burrito. Themanager offered to remake it. I thought that was very attentive and very good customer service. It was not necessary since Iprobably didn't need to get the jalapeno peppers. Read more

This isn't the best taco bell I've been to but far from the worst I've had. I understand it's reasonably new but the wait times... have not improved in the slightest. I've done mobile orders, dining inside and drive thru. The food is consistent but waiting 15minutes everytime is kind of excessive. Read more
I have been to this Taco Bell several times. The restaurant is new, as a result a learning curve is expected. They seem to be... consistently improving when it comes to service and wait time. They are getting the hang of things. I found the employees veryfriendly. Keep improving!!! I'll be back. Read more
I am a big fan of Taco Bell and usually drive to Hackettstown as they always have done a very good job with my order. This one... is down the street from me so I decided to wait a bit while they worked out their start up issues as I assumed they would havesome. I finally stopped by today and tried the drive-thru. My order was priced as expected but when I got home I realized theydidn't give me the hot sauce I requested or even napkins. The ladies at the window weren't overly friendly either. They can do abetter job at that. The food was ok. I drove 5 mins to my house and the food was barely warm. Flavor wasn't terrible and for themost part the veggies were fairly fresh.
