First their speaker box is difficult to speak and hear through. The girl running the drive thru got rude when I spoke louder... since she kept asking for me to repeat myself. Then when I repeat myself, she thinks I?m ordering a second meal. Halfway throughmy order, she cuts me off and says ok, 13.60 is your total pull forward. After pulling forward, I tell her we didn?t completethe order, she catches an attitude and says we?ll you kept repeating yourself. Instead of arguing with her, we decided to visitanother restaurant with better customer service. If you know your speakers aren?t as clear as other places, be mindful beforecatching an attitude. This is the worst cookout I've ever been to. The Cookouts in Greenville ran by college kids are better much better by... comparison. Half the time when you order a chocolate milk shake it looks like a vanilla milkshake with a sprinkle of chocolatesyrup in it. Forget it if you order anything else in your shake, they'll either put the wrong thing in it or just put a littleat the top, making you think it's good when you look at it at the window before you drive off. Just go to McDonald's for yourmilkshakes, you'll thank me later. Read more
I ordered four cheese burgers all the and specified that I wanted chili if "all the way" did not include chili. I got home with... four hamburgers with no cheese no mayo no mustard no onion it did have chili. Next time I'll know t o to the Dairy Palace orKing Chicken. Read more

I didn't give a star to Atmosphere. Irrelevant with a drive-up or walk-up. Hamburgers and Hot dogs, I order both with mustard... and chili. Oh, pickles on the Hamburger and Frenchfries. Good food. Read more
