Friendly staff, my biscuit was old and dry. Chicken was good. Typical KFC. The drive thru speaker actually works.
My wife placed an order via the app. It said would be ready in 5 min. I drive to the location not ready they don't have it...I... had to tell the person in the back each item in the order. Order was placed @ 6:30. It was 45 minutes to get my order in hand.They ran out of mac and cheese told me it would be and hour before more was ready. They had plenty of employees but ZEROmanagement or leadership. I will not be returning. Read more
5 stars for Darius and the team in the back. We are from out of town and just wanted something quick to take back to our hotel.... It was just a 4 minute visit, but the young man who waited on us, Darius, was so customer oriented and pleasant that he wasmemorable and worth mentioning. The folks in back were also hustling to get the orders done quickly and accurately so theydeserve kudos too. At a time when the service industry nationwide is facing their biggest challenges, this KFC team wasexceptional. Read more
I raised my star level because this place has improved a whole lot! I stopped going for a long time because food was never... cooked right and staff always had attitude. About a month ago decided to take chance and stop. Happy I did the new employee'sare great and the food is cooked properly. For past month now I been going almost twice a week with no issues. Keep it up! Read more
Best chicken in town!!! Extra crispy is my favorite!! Service was great. Staff was polite and friendly.
