Idk if this cashier is new but he messed up my order not once but TWICE. Basically we order a salad combo and two 5 dollar Biggy... bags with frosties. I didn't even get my combo I only got the the salad but got everything else MINUS one of my frosties. Thenmy little brother went up to get some honey mustard bc they didn't give us any after we asked MULTIPLE times and they COMPLETELYIGNORED HIM! Went through drive thru, no greeting (this should've been a sign) so I just place my order for a salad. Before I left the... parking lot, I checked to make sure I received everything and noticed no dressing was given for the salad. I back up and park togo inside. No one was at the register and didnt acknowledge me at the counter so I had to get someone's attention because Ishouldn't have to wait 5 mins to get the dressing that was missing. The worker finished up her other orders before giving me thedressing which would've only taken 2 seconds to do but oh well. Customer service and attention to detail needs to be addressed. Read more
The last three times I've been the service is so slow. 40 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for 2 kids meals. There... was no ice in the drunk machine. Also it seems pointless to ask for dipping sauce for nuggets because you ain't getting it! Theycan't seem to get it together. Heaven forbid you order online... others did that and the staff claimed after an hour of thepeople waiting they never got the mobile order... *Great Location*(in MY opinion). Went Through The Drive Thru Around 5-6pm, I Believe. I Had a Coupon On My Phone That Wouldn't... Work. The Manager Was SUPER Nice And Very Professional About It And Even Honored The Coupon! He Convinced Me To Download TheWendy's App, And I'm Glad I Did. In My Opinion, This Is a Great Location.
