Horrible Experience. I drove all the way from Pittsburgh to eat at their Steakhouse only to be told that since we were 3 minutes... late and that they haven't been busy that they shut down the kitchen early. Their website says they have a 20 minute graceperiod on all reservations. This incident was 10/7/22 My reservation was for 10:15pm We arrived at 10:18pm. The reservation wasunder Marshall. Bistecca is our GO-TO steakhouse for special occasions. The food is AMAZING (you can see pics of blackened scallops, crab cake,... salmon Oscar and Lamp Chops attached to my review), but the service is also 5-star FANTASTIC! The food. Was. EVERYTHING! We were in from out of state and decided to stay at the casino for the night. Dinner upstairs at... Bistecca was so perfect. Our server was super fun and helped us make decisions regarding food. We ate: Filet Oscar Oysters AuGratin Potatoes Cowboy Ribeye Brussel Sprouts Pork Chops Dinner special (I can't remember what it was!) Mashed Potatoes CremeBrulee Cheesecake Bottle of Prosecco 3 Cranberry Old Fashioned 4 after dinner coffee cocktails Obviously that's quite a bit offood (there were 4 of us) and the pre-tip total was $379.82. First time in a 5-star restaurant. It was a pleasant atmosphere. We sat by the window, which would have been a perfect view of... the track had there been races. We came on a Thursday. It wasn't very crowded. Low lite with candles. I ordered the lobstertails, a salad, and a pear martini. The salad wasn't too impressive to me. Basically, a partial head of lettuce with dressingand cheese over top with a few slices of onion and some cherry tomatoes on the side. The lobster was very good, as well as thedrink. Let me say "wow". This restaurant ambiance was breathtaking. The servers get a 5! The food was delicious. The flavor, texture... and temperature were PERFECT. Ordered the 12oz filet and mashed potatoes. Surprised me with a raspberry chocolate mousse. Bestbirthday dinner I could have had. My wife and I took our son there for a nice meal. Staff was very fast and courteous. We loved our food. She got the sea bass, I... got the lamb. Our son got basic kids food but the fries portion was HUGE (enough to share w/ mom & dad) Overall great time andexperience. No issues. Read more
