Only one person working the line while people were backed up to the door. The manager had ear buds ignoring all the problems... going on around. Took 20 mins to order for the employee at the line to ask if we had heard what he was out of. Always gets online orders incorrect. The sloth making my last order completely "forgot" the protein in my quesadilla and the... "cheese" that was there consisted of a light barely perceptible coating. I gave yup ordering from here for months because theyconsistently get items wrong. Thought I would give them another chance but no, they are still the same. Most likely the lack ofany kind of management. Today the store was extremely busy, they had several buses and yet still remained positive and happy. Seemed like they really... enjoy working there. Food tasted way better than months ago when I was in and the manager with blue hair is always so bubbly. Ithink her name is Jessica. She?s local I believe. You can tell she takes pride in her work because every time I see her, she ishustling and bustling around that joint and seems to always know exactly what needs done or who needs help. I placed a large order for Bluefield State University women?s soccer to pick up. We ordered through the app which allowed us to... put all 32 orders in and pay for it. When we arrived to the restaurant the food was ready and the staff were able to give us theingredients that the app said they were temporarily out of stock of. I would highly recommend this chipotle if you have a largeorder because the staff were very helpful! Read more
Went in at 8:45 to get a steak bowl. Everything was nearly out, yet no one replaced anything. Was told that the last few scoops... of onions and peppers were ?reserved for those who make online orders? and couldn?t be served to the customers in the store.Already annoyed, I grabbed my order and went to grab a fork before I walked out.. no forks. Was told they were out of those too.Who woulda thunk. The employees were nice enough, but the place looked a complete mess and I think reserving menu items that areincluded in the price of the bowl seems like a ripoff.
