We stopped in to one of our favorite restaurant chains. It was a busy Sat night. We were seated quite quickly. The server was... prompt and polite. He took our order quickly and we had our drinks and salads very fast. Our meal arrived much faster than weexpected and was perfect. Our server was truly rushed off of his feet. He apologized for not being able to give us the attentionhe felt we deserved ( sadly this is becoming common with staff shortages) it was all in all a good experience. If your in themood for a good steak at a good price give them a chance oh and definitely try the cheesecake. The best I've ever had at achain. Read more

Waited for over an hour and a half for our food. Asked for my steak to be rare, it was cooked medium. Staff was short tempered,... probably because they were short on people but still. Usually love going here but won't be going back for awhile. Read more

Another pleasurable dining experience. I routinely seek out a LongHorn when I travel. Always consistently great food, prepared... just as you wish with ample portion size. Atmosphere is conducive to either a casual friendly or more intimate environment.This paricular visit was my Mother's birthday celebration with my folks. Each of our meals was prepared to perfection. Theyloved it. Themed decor is tasteful, not hokey, and adds to the dining experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. Our server (Marissa) was superb; very friendly, timely, intuitive and accurate. Highly reccomend and will be back next time Itravel back to the area. Read more
Come here a lot. Unfortunately, a 1/3 capacity restaurant has a 30+ minute wait on a Monday due to staff shortage. No baked... potatoes with a sweet potato being a possibility. Who runs this place? All the staff are very nice. Our waitress Bridget is very nice. My sister's and I love coming here for our shopping/lunch dates.
