The person taking my order was fine she did a good job. But after that it went down hill quick. There was no life in the rest of... the staff. As if they just didn't care. I got my order and everything was ice cold! I have not been to this McDonalds in over7mths. And I guarantee I will not be back to this location in the future. ???? Read more
Warning: Posted hours are not accurate. Stopped by for dinner around 6pm on Monday and the restaurant was locked. Did not see... any hours posted on either door. Drive through was open but we did not want to eat in our car after a long travel day. I?m notsure what their real hours are but they need to update their Google listing that shows 5am-12am for the restaurant and the drivethrough. Read more
This fast food chain is one in which I use to review other fast food chains. It's a large corporation, it's been in business... along time and they have employee training programs which should resolve most issues. This is one of the busiest McDs I knowbut I can't review based on when it's busiest as most fast food chains bungle up orders when busy. That being said taking 3-4cars from 1 lane and ignoring lane 2 is ridiculous. Sitting in a line waiting for nobody to even apologize and tell you to waitto take your order... Mcdonalds, inspite of most peoples' assumptions regarding fast food places, are each whole-heartedly unique and as such present... their own sets of challenges. This one's are that I could not tell you are the risk of my own life why anyone thought it was agood idea to put a restaurant in this location. It is unreasonably hard to get in and out of and the line of traffic inevitablyspills out onto the main road. I'm not trying to get hit by a car waiting in line for my M&M Mcflurry thanks. The last few timesI've been here the wait has been a little long too. Like it took a good 20 minutes to get through maybe 3 cars. The real shininglight here however, as you may have guessed from my 4 star review, is that they have only ONCE in the past two years had theirice cream machine not working. Furthermore, one time after a particularly long day in which I had faced the likelihood ofbreaking into tears a multitude of times, on the verge of crying yet again I can here to get myself a, you guessed it, M&MMcflurry, but upon ordering they uttered words I'll never forget: "Sorry our mixer is broken." And for a moment I felt myselfstaring down a precipice of spiraling depression and a full on nervous breakdown, but just as my brain had decided that this wasindeed my darkest day they came back on the drive through speaker and a voice said "Actually someone offered to mix it by hand."And while I never got to meet the angel who deliver this miraculous gesture of good will onto me I hope they know they touchedmy life and I will never forget them. Everything was hot and fresh. This location does a great job!!!! Most McDonald's I've visited simply don't care what they hand... out to customers. I'm glad this was not the case. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ???? Read more
It was awful!!!!!!! I had to go into the restaurant because when I pulled up to the drive thru they completely ignored me on the... intercom and got everyone on the other side. I had to go in and they were so rude. Lost my online order. N finally when I gotmy food n they found me the fries were old gross cold... chicken nuggets were cold n gross. Read more
