Last month we ordered takeout and was very disappointed. It was a meal for four people and half of it was missing when we got... home. I had to go back for most of the side dishes. On top of missing food, the food that we did receive was just awful. I'venever been more disappointed. The 2 orders of coconut shrimp was soggy and looked very dark as if it had been reheated, frieswere terrible and by the time I had gotten back with the rest of our meal mine was cold. If I had been eating at the restaurantI could have sent food back or gotten something else in it's place. Plus I had to give a time before I even got my food. Icalled Outback the next day to let them know about the terrible service and food after spending over $100. The manager said thatthey would get back to me and make it right. Well, I received and apology letter thanking me for bringing it to their attentionand gave me a "Tuck Away" card for $20 to try them again. I wasn't expecting to get $100 gift card but $20 is pretty much abrush off. REALLY!!! That's the best you can do?? It should have been at least half of the bill. Of the 4 meals we had only oneof them was fit to eat. I'll bet if I'd have dined in that you would have done better. I usually don't blast places on reviewsbut this was truly a bad experience. I get takeout a lot from other steakhouses and this was truly the worst. No Outback...Iwill not be trying you out again. And you "Tuck Away" is getting thrown away. Texas Roadhouse has gotten the takeout down pat.I'll be returning to them instead. Read more
Service was excellent . Our server Devon was great! Recommend getting in line online. Our food was very good and came out timely... and all together, which we appreciate (6 of us). We haven?t been to Outback in a long time and we were excited to see some menuupdates, but the old favorites were still there. Restaurant was clean, but a little cold. Read more

Our first visit to an Outback we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Anthony was our server every suggestion he made was spot on! He... was very attentive the entire time and so fun. Due to Covid, this was our first visit in approx. 2 1/2 years. Although I can honestly say I?ve never had a bad meal at our... local Outback, my wife and I agreed that tonight was the best yet. Even though this restaurant was ( unfortunately like manybusinesses) working short staffed, it would be hard to tell by the great service afforded us by the wait staff. Our server John,though seemingly slammed, was very attentive to our questions and requests and our meal was served quickly and was reallyoutstanding. Thanks John! We also had the opportunity to speak with Jason, the evening manager, as he stopped at our table tomake sure we were well satisfied. Again, thanks to all for a great experience. Read more
