Just had a terrible experience. The poor guy taking orders seemed to have gotten little to no training on the POS system.... Couldn?t find some menu items, ended up ringing in my order as two separate orders, etc. The girl taking payments and handingout orders seemed to hardly be paying attention causing orders to be taken to dine in customers, just to be told it was thewrong order and then would bring it back behind the counter to wrap up for take out (I saw this happen at least 3 times). Theyoung guy cooking seemed to be the only one to know what was going on and finally got things sorted out for them. I still do notbelieve I got the right order but am unable to verify due to not getting my receipt to compare against what I was charged for Read more

The employees were very friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. I got a teriyaki chicken sub. It was toasted... perfectly without making it over crunchy. The chicken was perfect seasoning and was nice and juicy. Read more

The steak and Italian are ok but lacked taste. The french fries were soggy. Sorry, It's hard to beat Jersey Mike's.

It took a while to get food, only two people working. Make sure you get your ordered repeated back to you. The food was great... per usual and a welcome break in my drive Read more

This is a review of the food not the store. The store and service was perfectly fine. Clean and friendly. We had never been... here before and came because subway was closed. The prices were higher, and we were sad to discover we got half the amount offood. The sandwiches, if you can call them that, are like 1 and 1/2 inches wide. It?s more like a roll. They seem to hidethis by serving them open faced in store. The bread tastes fine though. I got the Regular BLT and it had a whopping 2 quarterslices of tomato. There was more Mayo than tomato and a tiny amount of lettuce. It basically tasted like a bacon Mayo sandwich. I don?t really like Mayo and only like it on a BLT to complement the tomato but the tomato was minuscule and bland. We got alot of fries and the price seems fine on that. We expected 5 guy quality since they are made the same way. They are not. Hasa funny aftertaste, not as crispy, and they did not salt them. So very bland. And now I have a giant pile of fries no onewants to eat. $72 dollar for a family of 5 seems pretty outrageous for what we got. $10 more got us diner at Red Robin withshakes and an appetizer. We will never be back. Read more

The employees here are wonderful, each and every one. The food is yummy, the fries are incredible, if you like fresh cut fries... this is a great place to get them, the staff cooks the fries to order, so they are fresh. Of course the subs are incredibletoo, they use quality ingredients and as I said the employees really take care with every order. The have earned their greatrating. BTW if you have not tried their FRESH squeezed lemonade you are missing out on a awesome treat! Read more
