????It was Saturday night & we didn't have to wait! Our waitress Alexis was awesome! She made our visit memorable. Best waitress... we ever had. Red lobster always has great food but she made our meal so nice. She was fast, sweet & went out of her way for uswhen we didn't ask. We will go back to this red lobster because of her ???? ???? ???? Everyone knows what red lobster is. Places like this and Olive garden usually get poor reviews because of being a large chain.... That being said I've never had a bad meal here no poor service. My last trip was especially great and we were part of a largeparty. Thank you. Read more

Stopped coming to this Red Lobster 3 years ago because of bad service, decided to give it another try today and we were not... disappointed. Jeremiah was friendly, courteous and attentive, he made our visit pleasant and because of him we will definitelybe back. Read more

I always love Red Lobster. For me, it's always great. It's unfortunate that they stopped having king crab a few years ago. That... was my favorite. My other favorite has been the Crab Alfredo. The large order of that gives me enough to get nice and full thereand then still have enough left over to get full again at home later. It does ok in my microwave the following day. On my mostrecent visit, i did the "Chose 3" deal. I chose a skewer of sea scallops, a bowl of shrimp scampi and an order of fried clamstrips. This was the first time i ever tried their fried clam strips, and they were good. But it was a pretty big pile of them, and he little cup of dipping sauce was too small. If they would automatically give you double the amount of chipping sauce atthe point of service, that would be great. As usual, i really enjoy their rice pilaf and their broccoli, which is well;seasoned. You can try to even dip the broccoli into the shrimp scampi sauce for an extra boost oh flavor. I took home a fullbasket worth of their legendary biscuits. If you have a Ninja XL Air Fryer Oven, put the cold biscuits into the air fryerbasket, slide it into the spot that's second from the top, use the Reheat cycle, 250F and set the timer for 12 minutes, and theywill end up hot all the way through but not burned. This makes them perfect for rubbing on a stick of room-temperature butter. Read more

Truly, the best Red Lobster I’ve ever been to. We stopped while driving across Pennsylvania and entered the restaurant a few... minutes before closing (which we realized walking in). Not only were we warmly welcomed, but our food was prepared with care -everything was excellent! Our server, Alexis, was super nice and made our night with her kindness and top notch service. Welldone all around! Read more

The star of this visit was the service. They really wasn’t busy at the time so we were seated and waited on quickly. If it... wasn’t for that it would have been only two stars. I eat at Red Lobster fairly often back home. Was surprised at thedifference in food despite having the same menu between the two places. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits at this location were flat anddry compared to back home where they are served warm and fluffy. The Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms had only a smidgen of SeafoodStuffing and a ton of Monterey Jack cheese. Quite different than back home where the seafood stuffing is a much larger portionand the cheese isn’t overly abundant. These are two of my favorites at Red Lobster and I was highly disappointed in both. Ialso ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio, another favorite of mine. The Walt’s Favorite Shrimp was close, but nowhere near as goodas it is back home, but it wasn’t terrible though. The Garlic Shrimp Scampi, well while it wasn’t bad, it had not even aremnant of garlic in it. It was just like shrimp in butter? That was a big minus for me. And the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, wellit also came close, but no cigar. Back home it is moist and fresh, here it was stiff cool and you could push the whole thing bysticking your fork in the middle and move the entire serving. I can’t honestly say the food was terrible. It was just not asgood as what I’ve come to expect from Red Lobster. Read more

If you go to this location and you end up with Alexis S you will be very happy! We could not have asked for better service. We... can during prime time dinner and even as she had multiple tables we felt like we were the only people she was serving. The foodwas great as well, but the service put the whole experience over the top. After 10 years away from Red lobster, I can promiseI’ll be back soon after that experience. Read more

Let me start by saying that the ONLY reason I am rating 5 stars is so that someone actually sees this review. Otherwise this... would be a 0 star review. I would like to first mention that we have been long time customers of this particular location. Wehave known Margaret to be a manager here. Our last time dining in this establishment was astounding. We happened to overhear adisturbing conversation going on between Miss Margaret and one of the wait staff. It is unplelivabe that you allow ANYONE to beapart of the Red Lobster family that speaks and treats the other staff like incompetent animals. The conversation consisted ofMargaret and another woman. She was mocking the way the girl spoke and was degrading her almost trying to embarrass her. Thepoor young lady had tears in her eyes as she has to continue doing her job. Please be mindful of who you allow to manage yourstaff and who you would like to be your Red Lobster role models. Unbelievable. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under theseconditions. Read more
