Service here was mediocre as the employee had no personality, never smiled or greeted us. She seemed like she didn't want to be... there. She told us they had no scanner so she couldn't give us points but said she could scan an empty reusable starbucks cardthat was in my app. (?) That didn't make sense. ???? Apparently, I won't get points so that was pointless. See picture below.Don't advertise on your tables and then state, "we cannot scan". Read more
