On 8/26/22 I had the most scrumptious grilled chicken sandwich with avocado/guacamole added on top. The cook was generous with... the guacamole and I really enjoyed it. I?m going to be ordering that sandwich more often!! Fast service. 5 stars We areusually very happy with Wendy?s takeout service. At about 1:30 today, 8/27/22, my husband was there just to pick up 2 largedrinks, and he asked for a drink carrier. He pointed at the drink carrier on her counter. The woman at the drive thru windowtold him that it?s impolite to point. Maybe she?s having a bad day, I always want to consider that. If so she should think aboutasking her manager to replace her at the window so that she doesn?t interact with customers. That said, the half cut iced teawas, as usual, perfect. 4 stars 10/25/22. Stopped for breakfast after a morning appointment. I ordered French toast andpotatoes combo, hubby ordered bacon/egg/cheese biscuit. What a disappointment! The French toast stix tasted/felt like they werea day old - hard to chew, not fluffy, not very warm either. And no taste besides the syrup! And way too dark. The potatoes -tasteless - we both agreed. There may have been some salt, hard to tell. The fries at Wendy?s far exceed these potatoes. Hubby?ssandwich was also not at all good. We both threw our meals away after 2 bites. That was all it took. $20 bucks gone. Will not goback for breakfast, even MickyD?s is better - just WOW!! :( :( Read more
Either open up the dining room or speed up the drive through. Wait was ridiculous. Could have had a four-course meal in the time... it took me to get my food. Read more
The food is better then the other fastfood burger places but the drive thru is slow and tends to mess orders up. I'd suggest... going inside or double checking orders before leaving. Read more
Only thing good about my visit was how polite the woman was that took my order. Fries were cold and they completely forgot one... of my meals. Not very satisfied with this location anymore! Read more
This location sucks! I ordered through the drive-thru. They made a mistake, would not own up to it, and got an attitude and... became very confrontational. They were going to charge me more for THEIR mistake! The "manager" and the girl with arm tattoosworking the 2nd window (who refused to give me her name) were very unprofessional! And once we got home (we live 5mins away) andbegan to eat, our food was ice cold!!! Read more
No pics for this as most visuals are typical. The LTO sweet heat chicken was just okay... Kind of chewy or hard, maybe... overcooked. Fries were okay and not as good as usual. Send like as newly renovated place but the restroom was not maintainedwell and all floors felt great under the feet. The Dave's single looked fine for my boy but he did not finish it. Wendy's is usually good. This location is a nightmare. Seriously, not worth it. I'd starve to death before I ate at this... location again. Drive through took 15 mins, buns were old, asked for the spicy sauce on chicken sandwich, only thing I got wasbrown lettuce on it. No straw. Wrappers were half on the sandwiches. Completely understand this is fast food, but dang this wasterrible. Still hungry. Read more
On 11/21/22 visited this store no lights on in parking lot sign not lit up very unsafe for patrons going into store because... they could possibly be hit by a car going to drive thru or even trip and hurt themselves. When I asked the gentle who was themanager he replied that no one else complained so he isn't worried about it. When I received my food 2 large fries were missingand one of the chicken sandwiches was suppose to be grilled it wasn't. All around very poor service and very poor attitude willnever come back here again. Read more
