Overall good experience. I asked for cheese fries instead of normal fries. There was a miscommunication in the kitchen, so to... compensate they gave me a full order of cheese fries on the side. Great recovery. Some of the negative things were: We orderedchips and salsa. After about 15 minutes we asked again for them and they finally brought them out. They asked how I wanted mymeat cooked, which I said medium, and they basically burned my burger. It wasn't very good. Read more
Not a good chilies location. I would give this a one star, but my server was actually pretty nice. But to be honest that was... the only good experience of my meal today. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. As soon as I got the burger, I looked atthe bacon and it was severely uncooked. I mean this bacon was extremely raw still. I immediately asked the server for new bacon.I had never been served bacon that was that undercooked. Everything would?ve been OK, however then I tried the fries. The friestasted like they were cooked the day before and simply reheated. I have had fries at Chili?s many times. But these weredisgusting. They almost had a rubbery texture as a bit into them. They were the furthest thing from fresh. After they broughtSome better bacon, I decided to take a bite into the burger. Something was totally wrong with the pickles. I looked at thepickles and they looked like they had been seasoned in some strange garlic sauce. I tried one again and it was the mostdisgusting pickle I had ever tasted. By this point my appetite was gone. I took a few bites of the burger without the picklespromptly paid my check and left as soon as I could. I normally don't give a 1 star and I love chili's. However, we went there on a Friday night, we were seated pretty quickly. The... waitress came to take our drink orders. We waited for 30 minutes and finally realized that she had forgotten about us. We calledher over and asked her to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and it came when we were done eating and getting ready toleave. My order was wrong, when it finally came almost an hour after ordering. We were never asked if we wanted a refill. Shedidn't check on us, unless we were calling her. My kids were going nuts. And she was nowhere to be seen the whole time we werethere. Very bad service. They didn't give me the chicken pasta Alfredo kid's meal. I called and the girl who answered said she was... choking on food and coughed the entire time she spoke to me. She sounded more like she was sick and not choking. She appearedangry and annoyed with me when I asked for them to deliver the missing item. She said they don't deliver and I would either haveto pick it up or call Door Dash and pay for the delivery. I told her I would have to pick it up. Then I decided to call again totalk to a manager. I was put on hold for a few minutes and hung up since no one answered the phone. My meal was fajita meal wascold and I had to heat it up. I'll never return. Read more
We had an amazing experience here at lunch. Everyone we interacted with there was fantastic, but our server Maddie/Patty (sorry... didn't catch her name) made our experience. She was attentive, so funny, and so nice! Best service we have had in a very longtime anywhere. We will definitely be back!! Read more
The waitstaff was great and no wait in line. We came here because red Robin had a 1 hr wait for 2 people and were closing early... at 7 pm due to short staff. This place made my birthday dinner go smooth. Read more
I love Chili's! I love to go and get the 2 for $25! The Texas fries were great, the Cajun pasta is so good, and the pazookie at... the end is to die for. Literally so good. Pair the whole meal with 2 of the margaritas of the month and damn. So happy. AlsoService everytime we have gone as been great! Only thing I would improve on is making sure tables are getting bussed. I am aserver and I know it can be hard to keep up but there were A LOT of tables needing bussing. Read more
