As usual, the steak salad was my absolute favorite!!! I went today as I have many other times. and the meat was grilled to... perfection. This is the best salad I?ve ever had from here. My recommendation is to do half cilantro lime vinaigrette and halfof their house ranch. It adds just the right flavor. The salad was very big and easily I could?ve shared with someone else. Thesteak was perfect. It was moist and juicy and a good clean cut of meat. They remodeled a few months ago and I love the way theyhave redone the inside. It feels open and easy to maneuver around. I came with a friend and her little boy was fascinated bythe water bubbles that they have and he loved to stare at it the whole time. The employees were all very friendly and even cameby and removed our empty trays and dishes before we left. They were quick and efficient and the restaurant was very clean. A wonderful American-Mexican restaurant. We went at lunch on a Saturday. They seemed a bit understaffed but the line moved quick... enough. All of the food was prepared to our liking (even our pickiest of eaters were satisfied). They have a really greatlemonade too. The lettuce was wilted a dark green all over and soggy. The tortilla was half cooked. Not exactly ?fresh? ingredients. We typically love going to Costa and they get everything right. Today must be an off day because nothing was right. My husband... went out there to get me a salad with mango and queso but was given nothing. He even paid for it and they still over charged himfor items he never got. When I tried to call in, I got a message that they are sending me to the call center, instead it goes tovoicemail that is full and hangs up. Not cool guys! Please do better? Read more
