El Coyote Charro serves the best street tacos in Utah! Our favorite tacos are the Al Pastor Street Tacos with grilled onions,... cilantro, and lime. The restaurant also has a warm kettle of pinto beans which taste delicious with salsa, cilantro, andlime. El Coyote Charro recently remodeled and added ice cream. Read more

The food was fairly priced, quick to be made, fresh and of very good portion sizes. The homemade ice cream afterward was the... cherry on top of a great meal! Read more

We wanted to have pollo loco tonight but when we arrived at 7pm it was closed. We were bummed and looked around. My family and I... walked into El Coyote Charro and it was a ghost town ( don?t let that intimidate you ). The food not only came out FAST butDELICIOUS. I ordered three tacos and a burrito (which I shared) and we were so happy that pollo loco was closed! Don?t missout! Trust me! Read more

I got the Asada Fries and they where amazing! I?ve never had Mexican food with French Fries and it is a great combination. They... have a salsa bar with onions, cilantro and lemons. The service is slow and the restaurant feels like a dive but El Coyote Charrois worth the visit. I?ll definitely be back. Read more

We bought 45 tacos (15 chicken, 15 steak, 10 Al pastor and 5 carnitas). Pros: they made the tacos quickly, the meat tasted... good, seasoned well. Cons: a bit more expensive than we are used to (over $100) especially since most tacos we buy have limes, onions? These only had meat on the corn tortilla. Restaurant table tops were dirty. Girl at the counter was super nice andhelpful. Overall, the meat tasted good, but we probably won?t come back Read more

Very good Al Pastor Fries! I stopped in between the lunch / dinner rush. Had no problem picking up my order to go. The dining... room could be cleaner; that's the -1 star. Food/flavor is great. Read more

This is a staple place whenever we visit St. George. The food is very good, and this is only one of the few places that has an... Tromp for serving Tacos and Pastor. For some reason, Trompos are hard to find in the State of Utah. If you are not sire what a"Trompo" is, it is the ball of pastor meet that is placed on a stick for cooking against an open flame. This is the way OriginalTacos al Pastor are cooked in Mexico City. The Trompo makes it possible to achieve a perfect blend of crispy meat and keepingthe juices and the sauces and seasoning. Yum Yum. The prices are fair but I wouldn't call it inexpensive. Good tacos are hard tofind and therefore I am willing to pay a little more for a good taste. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I wouldtotally invite anyone to stop by to check it out. I had the Pastor Burrito last time and it did not disappoint! Read more

The Coyote Charro probably has the best Al Pastor in the entire state. I would highly recommend the tacos, they are well worth... the price. I am also a big fan of the bottomless pinto beans. Small detail, but the limes were really good, something I valueat a Mexican restaurant. The food was so good I forgot to take a picture until halfway done, sorry. Excellent meal, and if youlike Mexican you gotta check it out. Read more
