I ordered a regular plate of Chicken Katsu & Pulehu Chicken, ended up with the same amount of meat as my girlfriend who ordered... a mini plate. I love Hawaiian food and have have been around Polynesians for most of my life; they?d be fired up with thisplate? I want to support the local business owners that are trying to make it work, but this is the 3rd strike? This place used to be my favorite in town! Prices keep going up and food quality is way down! Ive ordered a regular and twice... now been shorted on meat. Don't raise your prices and short your customers at the same time. Rude employee on mall drive whileordering too. Read more

I come to this place often, yet I couldn't tell you the names of anybody that works there. I say this because on 2 separate... occasions in the last 6 months, I've gone thru getting my order (usually the Founder's Favorite) and when I went to checkout,the manager comps my meal AND throws in a free drink as well. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they remember me and how often I go there...that, or maybe I just look like I'm having a hard day?? Whatever the reason, I think this place issomething very special. I hesitate to share this experience because I don't want people to get the wrong idea they they giveaway food, but for whatever reason, they did for me. So great for Hawaiian food. Don?t listen to the bad reviews. Those people are too picky. Flavorful pork, amazing and classic Mac... salad. The service is so friendly and the food taste amazing. The portions are huge and a regular could easily feed 2 people.Love going back again and again. Read more
