The Cashier/Server Jennifer L was awesome on 11/1/2021 she did everything in her power to help me have a good meal and in the... end gave me the options that would allow me to eat great food on a tight budget. Which being a business major is something Ialways feel needs to be appreciated. Read more

Went in the afternoon of a busy Saturday. Line moved reasonably. The orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein was tasty as... usual. My daughter had the shrimp and white rice and had no complaints. The restaurant was very clean, as were the tables. Thereis seating inside and on the patio. They seemed to also be preparing to go orders at the same time which slowed things down abit. All in all it was a good experience. Read more

I'm new to the area but I've then take out of Panda Express in other states I've lived. But what kind of restaurant about 45... minutes before they close stops making food and just tells you this is what we have but the time I get off of work I've gonethere now three times 45 minutes before they close and I have to choose from what they have left over tonight the lo meinactually seemed like it had been sitting in the bowl for a really long time it was very rubbery and chewy and no flavor I thinkI'll just stop going there as my dinner after work Read more

Line was extremely slow, workers seemed lackadaisical and didn't care at all. The cashier, Cris, sold me a warm coke. After... kindly explaining it was warm, I asked if I could just get a cup to put ice in to be on my way. She hands me the smallest cupthey have which couldn't possibly hold all the coke from the glass bottle, especially if there was ice in it. I asked for aslightly larger cup and she refused. After going back and forth with her about four times, in front of an entire line thatreached to the door, she finally gave me a cup big enough to hold the entire coke. I filled it with ice, dumped my coke in, andleft. Not sure if the front cooler wasn't working that day which is why the cokes were warm, but it didn't seem like a quick cupto compensate would've been that big of a deal. Hopefully Cris had a great day and she didn't take offense to me asking for thecup, I didn't mean it maliciously! I love Panda Express and the food was great as always. Read more

We enjoyed our dinner. Not all of the entrees in the restaurant were available to order online. Our food was ready when... promised. I asked if there were fortune cookies in the bag and was assured everything was included. Sadly we were fortune-lesswhen we got home. The cream cheese wontons were delicious! Read more

I can only say it was OK. The noodles were more like spaghetti than chow mein. They were small and not much flavor. It was... pretty much standing room only so we ate outside in the sun...now that was awesome. The veggies were different but i did enjoythem. The orange chicken was awesome as usual. Staff was superbusy but very friendly. All told though, i think the Panda Expressin SLC has better overall food. Read more
