Opinion from a retired chef. The pizza is very good, and the staff is helpful and friendly. This is my go to pizza place.
The lady there was very rude and unprofessional! Totally ignore me while I was just trying to pick up my order. She was too... busy organizing pizza box! Terrible customer service! Pizza was doughy and topping falls off when you pick it up to eat! Weused a fork n knife to eat. I also included the picture of the hot pepper that comes with the pizza! Totally unacceptable! Honestly I'm disgusted by the service. We came to get our order of 6 pizzas for takeout. The front desk lady has us sign for our... order, which we did? then she said ?total it out.? Which we did. Then she scoffed because we didn?t leave a tip for TAKEOUT onan extremely expensive pizza already. On our way out the door she made sure to loudly declare ?90$ order with notip!?. Absolutely atrocious customer service and she should be reprimanded. We will never be back to this location and willrecommend others avoid it as well. We may leave a tip for good service, but for subpar service and a demanding attitude fromsomeone who treated us as less than; we won?t be back. EDIT: Response to the manager, I am thankful to hear that this was takenseriously. The pizza was cooked fantastic and my rating was changed to reflect that. I will be back to give it another chance. Super impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order, especially on a busy Saturday night! The manager went out of his way to... accommodate my special request after I had already submitted my order. He even followed up with me when I picked up my food, andwas very friendly with my kids.
