Out of everything I wanted to order. Oatmeal cold and gross. The vanilla bean frappaccino were nothing but a cup of crushed ice... with minimal flavoring. The straw also cracked and sliced my tongue. Will never go back to that Starbucks. Read more
Waited and waited at the counter while the two young ladies walked around for ten minutes and didn't come to the counter. Then... when one did.... I ordered a Rustic Apple Tart and she gave it to me and I paid, then I noticed that it was cold so I asked herto please warm it up a little, and she gave me a weird look and tossed it into the microwave for a few seconds and then handedit to me, then I asked for napkin and a plastic fork with the same reaction. Went to Starbucks to cheer my mom up this morning. Asked for extra carmel on her frap since that's her favorite part. Olivia... asked how the day was going. When I told her we were there since my mom was having a rough morning. She wrote on my mom's cup tohave a better day and a joke. Thank you for making my mom smile this morning!! Read more
Wonderful Starbucks crew with the lead celebrating (Bailey) one partner?s first day and congratulating another (Natalie)... partner?s last day, wishing her well. Super friendly atmosphere with fast, cordial service. The drive through appears to be anonstop flow, but the lobby wasn?t busy at all. Wonderful stop for a pick-me-up! Read more
There were only four or five 2-person tables around the perimeter of the store with singles at each table. Very open space with... no distractions - no merchandise tracks like most Starbuck locations. Two unisex restrooms which did not require a code to use. Read more
