Great place for steak. Usually the wait is quite long for this particular place so be prepared. I partook of the 20 ounce ribeye... this visit and it was perfect. It was my "meal" it was so large. Could eat the sides. Steak was cooked just right. The waiterwas good but acted a little tired. For the most part he took good care of us. Read more

I love to get here whenever I'm in Idaho They have great food and great steaks never been disappointed. Last time I went though... there was a run in situation where one of the steaks that was ordered by somebody I was with, was very well done but he askedfor medium rare. The Staff though offered to recook the steak for him and the second time they cooked it was perfect. Greatplace for family and friends! Read more

Texas Roadhouse is one of our go to favorite restaurants. This Texas Roadhouse was slightly disappointing. Our server was fine,... although she forgot to order our appetizer and brought it toward the end of our meal. I will tell you to skip the shrimpappetizer. Tasted fine but six small shrimp wasn't worth the cost. They made us wait 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday night. I am pretty sure the hostess took people who arrived after we did. As we walked back to our table, I counted 10 open tables. You can't tell me it was a shortage of staff, as they had enough time to stand in kitchen area talking to each other. Some werehustling but not all. Lastly, this is the first time at Texas Roadhouse they missed my medium done. It got pretty rare inareas of the steak. I did not want to send it back. I kind of wanted dinner to be over with. Read more

I'm not sure what's going on in St George, but every restaurant brings your food on a room temperature plate, they are no longer... Hot to touch plates. I Love the Hot plates as my food actually stays warmer/hot longer. Another thing... when you literallytell the waitress that you want your food hot & its ok to bring one dish out before another & they don't & one meal is cold &the other is hot it is so frustrating. The food itself was good, medium rare steak & sweet potato was excellent. Its betterthan the burnt steaks we received about 2 years ago. The chicken salad was okay. The chicken was cold & hard, would have ratherhad it hot & juicy... & it was supposed to come with bacon bits. I asked the waitress & she brought it out, but it could havebeen made correctly the first time. The rolls you get now are very tiny, but they bring more. Overall restaurants have gonedown hill, but its an easy fix... Hot plates & hot food to the customers immediately, don't let it sit there & get cold waitingon another plate. Read more

Texas Roadhouse has never been a disappointment to my husband and I. We are always so impressed by the good attitudes of the... employees and the amazing food they serve. Tonight was just as good. We were especially impressed by our waiter Chris, whohandled serving his assigned tables with a good attitude and a great smile. We will definitely be visiting again! Read more

We went to Texas Roadhouse last night for Thanksgiving Eve. It was fairly crowded but they got us seated quickly. No more... peanuts while waiting. Service was friendly. Only problem was our drinks sat empty mostly. Our server was just busy. The foodwas warm and tasty. This restaurant is always busy which sometimes takes away from some of the attention you would receive ifyou went to a nice steakhouse. Also the noise level is quite loud. Read more

Wow! I was really impressed on my recent visit to Texas Roadhouse. I haven't been in a couple of years but decided to try it... out. This place always seems to be busy so plan ahead, but I felt the staff did a great job in getting things out quick and theservice was phenomanal. Our server was attentive, and very kind, not instrusive but was there when needed. The ambience had agreat energy... Must be the southern Texas manners rubbing off in there. My 3 year old daughter got so excited when the staffwould go around and sing happy birthday to those birthday boys and girls. Really great culture it seemed like within the staff.Overall if I could give 5+ stars I would for service and overall experience dining here. As far as the food goes, prices arevery competitive. It is BBQ cuisine, but the quality wasn't amazing... That's the only downfall of the restaurant is the foodjust wasn't wow-ing us. We ordered the Burger, the Ribeye, and the Ribs for main dishes. We also got the boneless chicken wingsas an appetizer. That was super good! Ribs were probably some of the best I had, but the steak and everything else was justsatisfactory? I feel as if I'm going to spend around $30 on a steak it should be bonkers good? Maybe not? It was much betterquality than an Outback steakhouse or chain, but not something I would crave again. It was a little on the thinner side andfairly greasy. Not sure how it was cooked but it was cooked to temp (medium rare). The food just wasn't something that left uswanting to come back and craving more. However, the experience and service, is something that really impressed us. I think ifyou are celebrating a birthday of event and want an affordable steak or dining experience that can do so efficiently, this isdefinitely the place. Highly recommend the sweet potato with brown sugar! Read more

The food was delicious. The prices were great. The service seemed to take longer than I'd have thought. But, giving our server... Chris the benefit of the doubt. It was very busy for a Thursday night. The other thing that was unusual was we called in andasked if there was a wait time. The person on the phone told us no wait time. But, we drove over within a couple of minutes andhad to wait 7-10 minutes. Overall, still a great place with good food. Recommend it and I will dine there again. Read more
