I love their food, when they get it right. Twice I've ordered the same type of sandwich and it was wrong. Gas prices are too... high to be driving back and forth for their mistakes. They didn't even offer a discount. Just swapped sandwiches. They weren'tbusy, they had plenty people working. They just need to do better and get it right the first time. Read more

If I could put no stars I would! I called and placed my order I repeated it twice and they told me 30-40 mins. I showed up about... 10 min sooner than the time they said so I figured no big deal I'd just pay and wait. About 30 min after getting there theemployee kept asking my order and I kept telling him, well I ordered cheese bacon fries they put it in as garlic bread, I toldthem that wasn't what I ordered so he Apologized and said they was making the fries, after an hour of waiting in the actualstore and 3 boxes later I thought they finally figured it out! No got home and there was just bacon fires! The assistant managerwas rude and slammed 2 boxes at the counter on me so I just grabbed what food I had and left. I was not the only customer havingproblems alot of people was missing food or had the wrong food I watched 2 customers come in and have to wait on food. So when Icalled in today to speak to the manager she informed me that when they get busy her employees are to unhook the phone so no moreorders come in and then told me there was nothing she could do for me over the issue the other night! Great Pizza! I've always loved Giovanni's. This was my first experience with this location and it didn't disappoint!
I would always order from this place in Milton West Virginia every trip I made out there and was so happy to see they now have... locations close to me. The pizza here is outstanding and I can never get enough. The bacon cheese fries, wings, garlic bread andthe pasta dinners are all great and I highly recommend you give these guys a try if you haven't already. Read more
I had a few issues with their app, but once we picked up the order and got in the car to go home... It smelled so mouthwatering... good we could barely wait to get home and start eating! My boyfriend got the Super Sub and I chose the Meatball Sub. Glad Ipicked up a menu for placing other orders later because we are now going to be regular customers. I very highly recommendGiovanni's! We randomly drove past this place on one of our weekend drives and decided to stop. Glad we did the food was good. Prices were... good, they have a great deal for kids. Free dinner buffet for kids under 6! Dinner was less than $23 for the four of us. Read more
I absolutely love this restaurant. They have great food and the prices are good. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. ... They have a huge selection I like them all but my favorite is the beacon cheese garlic bread they are so so so amazing. Theplace is always keept very clean. The only down side is they still haven't opened up there dinning room since covid hit. Whichmeans the buffet isn't going on and they have the best buffet.
